Just received a call from Glen at the MNR that his ETA is 1:00 Tuesday (that's tomorrow) with the annual load of Brown Trout to be stocked in Port Dalhousie. If you are interested or can lend a hand, we'll see you at the "old willow" on the east side. You can check this post for any updates on the ETA up until noon Tuesday.

Water conditions were ideal, 2'C and slightly stained, when 25,000 Brown Trout were released today. They all sought refuge in the coloured water and no predation by birds was noted after stocking. These were very healthy fish, averaging 30g and 6 to 8 inches long. More potential bruisers for the coming seasons!
