Where are all the fisherman these days?
I finally landed a buck.
Got to the ramp expecting a clean launch because JWL invited me out earlier. Right after I committed to shopping in St Kitts with my Wife Nancy. It was obvious Jack didn't launch at Nicholl's so out came the axe. We were in withing 10 minutes and on to fish on our second drift. The first drift was an experiment to see where the wind would put us.
Nancy said I made it look easy so she gave it a try. She did well at it too never losing touch with the bottom but didn't pick up a fish. She made a dam good net man though. I think she may be cheating on me with another fisherman because she has some skills already
.
We only did the 3 drifts but had to get going before the boys got home from school. My time on the water is drawing to an end as I head back to school full time and try to find work on the weekends. Days like today make it easier with a beautiful trout in just 10 minutes time
