Larry Darbyson is our face for the Tackle Share program run in partnership with the St. Catharines Public Library. Larry ensures that the kits loaned out are properly stocked and in ready to use condition. Since our target users are very young, we also provide life jackets to promote safety around waters.
As we approach our third year, we are looking to increase the number of kits and add locations. You can help by donating any out doors equipment to our fund raising efforts. We will even take cash if you just can't part with a favorite. Donations are offered for sale at our club yard sale and the Annual Niagara Outdoors Show, scheduled for March 9th this year. All of the monies raised go to purchase new equipment for the program.
So after you make room for those Christmas gifts or new purchases from the sporting shows, keep us in mind.
