The St. Catharines Game and Fish Association and the St. Catharines Library partnership provides complete fishing packages and life jackets to encourage junior anglers. To help fund this initiative, we will have a draw every two weeks for one of the following packages of LIVETARGET merchandise. Tickets will be $1.00 and only available at the SCG&F boat ramp
