I was just walking through the club's parking lot from the marina and realized there is storage for about 30 thirty plus foot boats there.
At the rates being charged for basic boat storage around Niagara I can see an income of about 15 thousand dollars for the club.
Has anyone tossed this idea about in the past. Most storage places do not supply any hydro or water and insurance is the full responsibility of the boat owner.
The reason I ask is that there are many boat owners living in condos and apartments and have to find winter storage.
What could be better in the spring but to be able to launch, get your membership and derby tickets all at once.
