We will be tying the Zonker, a multi-species offering that is easily customized to your needs.
Materials required:
streamer hook - size relative to target species
mylar tubing - matched to hook size
rabbit strip
schlappen feather (for the collar)
Material colours to create an attractor pattern or mimic specific bait fish.
Some popular options lead wire for weighting, eyes - either barbell or stick-on.
My favorite for bass is a size 6 hook, silver mylar for bright days & gold mylar for low light conditions,yellow rabbit strip, and red thread. The choices are endless!
