Greetings Everyone! February is here, and with that are some items to remind you of!
We are looking for some new faces to join our ramp staff team this Spring! Perhaps you know someone recently retired who has an interest in fishing/boating, & can give 5 hours once a week? Some compensation is provided. Information / training evening will be held at the clubhouse on Mon March 18 7pm, please contact us if your interested & have any questions.
Fly Tying Club is back and is scheduled this week for Wednesday February 13th due to the conflict with Valentines Day.
The Muddler theme outlined for last week will be the subject fly this week. Hope you can make it, 7:00pm at the clubhouse as usual. Fly tying updates can be found here: Fly tying
Our Tackle Share donation campaign is underway. You may donate any of your used fishing items to either Peters Tackle or Grimsby Tackle. These items will be sold at the Hamilton Bassmasters Tackle Swap and those funds go directly back in to the program.
We are very close to announcing details for our 44th Annual Spring Salmon Derby! Stay tuned!
Next General meeting is Monday March 25, 7pm at the Rib Crib in the Offtrack room. We are thrilled to have Capt Pete Alex from Vision Quest Sportfishing as our guest speaker! Derby tickets, launch ramp passes & memberships will be available.
