Greetings All:
Unfortunately "The Sporting Clubs of Niagara" has had to cancel its Sept. 11, 2020 gun show.
Current COVID-19 regulations prevent indoor gatherings of more than 50 people. We typically have more than 50 vendors so not even counting the attendees there is no way the show can be legally held.
The safety of our volunteers, vendors and attendees has always been our highest priority and while the Niagara Region has been reasonably successful in containing the spread of COVID-19 we do not, under any circumstances, want to endanger the health of anyone associated with the show.
The Dec. 11, 2020 show is still tentatively scheduled and we will monitor the COVID situation and advise everyone as that date approaches to see if the show will go ahead.
We know that many of you look forward to the shows and are sorry to have to do this but for both legal and ethical reasons feel that this is the best course of action at the current time.
We would greatly appreciate it if you could forward this email to any of your friends, relatives and associates who normally attend the show and ask them to do the same so that people do not make an unnecessary trip just to find out that the show is cancelled.
Thank you for your continued support of "The Sporting Clubs of Niagara" guns shows.
Best wishes and stay safe.
The Executive The Sporting Clubs of Niagara
