General Meeting Minutes
March 23, 2009

Tom C. treasurer:
- bank balance remains healthy (approx. $25,000)
- Kid’s Day donation of $140.00 in the memory of Joey Skubel
- Tom will be meeting with Copperman accounting to review our financial reporting/tax filing
Doug G. 1st vice:
- Doug is away today
Paul G. 2nd vice:
- docks going in Saturday March 28th 7:30
*volunteers Don, Bruce, Bill, Jerry M.
* Jerry to confirm lift with Gilbert Trembly
- pen docks require a tow

- on vacation
Jerry M. president:
- Ringwood trip to clip fry attracted 11 volunteers
* over Sat. & Sun. 45,000 fry processed by various volunteers
- reminder of the re-launch of Spring Salmon seminar March 30th at the CAW hall on Bunting
* volunteers Jason, Brandon, Bill, Bruce, Dagmar, Greg, Jerry M.
- reminder Peter’s open house April 4th

- reminder Peter Lee memorial April 4th

- reminder Niagara Outdoors Show April 4th & 5th

- pen for imprint project will be placed after docks installed to ensure netting is acclimatized and free of treatment residue before fry arrive
- King of the Lake Tournament (Scotty) will be held April 24th/25th
* ramp will be busy Thursday & Friday prior to so help out if you are available
- money for Kid’s Day pen sales fund raiser still outstanding; ASAP please
- Kid’s Day volunteers to contact Dagmar ASAP; there is a lot of preparation before the event that you can help Dagmar with
- scheduled speakers will be Shane Tombs from Straightline Anglers on maximizing your diver/dipsey pattern April 27th, and Gerard Ling on the secrets of successful drop-shotting May 25th
