Headed out @ the crack of dawn. Batteries charged on flasher this time. Dropped fly in and set up other pole. Usually you get a hit while setting up other pole but no such luck. Set up other pole in cut-bait. Dropped it back 250' and locked it down. 5 seconds later, first screamer on meat is hooked. Ended up going 5 outta 6, all Salmon and all on cut-bait today. No pods of fish marked today, they were well scattered with the east winds. Well, with the rains coming, might have to wait for next week to get my new boat from the Greater Ontario Salmon Derby. All fish caught in 220' down 100'. Good Luck all...

Sounds like a good day to me. Don't let a little water stop you from fishing this week

Nice report Mr. C. You have probably had the best response to a meat presentation of all the anglers that are reporting on any of the boards. Some are resolved to have a meat rig set deep for the "big one" and are content to leave it there. Of course this is easier to do if there are other anglers on board allowing for a mix in presentations. Were you running a clean presentation or with a flasher/spinnie?
Good luck on getting a GOSD winner!
