On Thursday November 5th a group of five guys made the trip to Ringwood to work some volunteer hours. In order to avoid commuter traffic and to justify the 2 hour drive each way, the team stayed for a full work shift and did a lot of egg sorting/picking. Here are a few pics (with more to come) of the crew - Jerry Mitrovich, Tom Copeland, Jason Pusikiw, Joey Dortono, Evan Bearss - hard at work. An incubation tray before Jen Sorter processing Jen Sorter eases a lot of the manual work Tom culling a tray of eggs Joey at the sorting table Evan taking his turn at scrubbing Jay measuring eggs for a tray count Jay keeping a close eye on the egg count Andy picking a special tray of study eggs
