The fry weathered the storm well and are starting to feed more as the water temperatures are gradually warming. The damaged DO meter has been repaired and regular monitoring by volunteers can resume. The average weight at the beginning of week #2 was 3.79g. Two weeks prior in the hatchery they were 2.5g. Not bad considering the cool water slows down their metabolism and need to feed.
