Yesterday at Portsmouth Olympic Harbor in Kingston, the new MNR research vessel, the Ontario Explorer, was commissioned and christened in style. Dignitaries from all levels of government were there to recognize the importance of this investment and wish the crew/team well. Vessels from the Canadian Coast Guard and OPP were also there for the ceremony.
