Here is a quality 3 way swivel from one of our derby supporters and a local company.
The "T Turn" comes in three sizes to suit variable angling conditions.
As you can see in the pic, I attached a snap to the bottom to facilitate changing weights for the different current conditions I will encounter. With this 3-way I have not had my leader tangle with the main line at any time.
