Finally got my boat on the water with my son Matt. Weather was awesome with very little wind or waves until after lunch. Decent action all morning with King and Coho Salmon. All Kings below the 20lb mark but still a lot of fun. Only 1 of the 7 Kings was clipped.
Matt put on one of my customized KIKO lures that were handed out to derby ticket purchasers at the club ramp lat year. Larger stick on eyes, a sturdier split ring and an upgraded treble dressed with tinsel made it popular with the Coho.
