John will start fabricating the pen shortly. To ensure we have the funds available when required I ask that all pledges be mailed to:

Cheques should be marked "Pen Fund" . The club has set up a separate accounting for the pen project to support monthly status reporting.
A volunteer meeting will be arranged to establish scheduling probably in March.
