During the last few minutes of the Kings/Yotes game got a text wanting to know if I'd be interested in another outing with buddy Mark. Well I am a brute for punishment so couldn't resist!
Lake was flat at 6 when we set up and winds from the SW as predicted. Again with not all rods in the water Mark took the first fish honors but it was a small king. We banged a couple other smallies and a couple mudchickens (14-16 lb grease balls) but not even near the production from Mondays outing. We headed West and it was dead as a nuns thingy except for the odd juvie king. Headed back East and just a bit east of Mondays marks we doubled. Then doubled again. It seemed every pass in a concentrated area we took a fish. However the fish were basically dinks (kings and hoes) Also weather had swung to the NW and cold winds they were. It got fairly snarly and rain pelted us on and off lucky top was up. We pulled the plug at 10:30 as we were just playing with small guys and beleived the cold front shut the big pregnant doges down. Same program as Monday but fish were a lil deeper. Anyway I guess I shouldnt pregnant dog about action but days like Monday make you a big salmon snob...lmao. And besides if if ya get skunked you aren't working!!!!
